No1TitansFan Posted January 13, 2013 Report Share Posted January 13, 2013 Manning was the anointed one coming out of high school; Tom Brady was barely recruited to be Drew Henson's backup at Michigan. Brady beat the odds in college, but was still a skinny kid with limited arm strength, hence the 6th round status. Manning has always been a Prima Donna who expected to be handed a championship and has consistently avoided taking hits to the expense of his team because of his of his self-imangined invalubility. Brady was a leader from day one, when he barely made the Pats as a third QB. He told Kraft that drafting him in the 6th would be the best move the team ever made during his rookie preseason; turns out he probably was right. A hall of fame bound QB, who his team sold the farm to gain, failed to win a playoff game and the QB that is likely out of the league won one.
