ZEPPELIN
I think a lot of people underestimate how good this team may be with improvements to the offense, Landry back on defense, and hopefylly 2 competent vets added to the mix at WR. Tannehill has been dealt a horrible hand the last two years and there will be no competition between him and Levis. Building the offense around him gives us our best chance to win. I think people forget how good they are on D. Without the injuries we can destroy good teams. If they stay healthy they will wipe the floor with most teams they play. Bongo59
We had to lose 7 straight for the Jags to get in. Let that sink in.
Jbob
Tannehill is our QB. Levi's needs to sit and learn to be humble.

We are not building around Tannehill. You guys gotta let it go. And for years the offense has been built around Henry and it's probably the reason we've been trying to hit a homerun at QB. I don't expect a big change on our offensive approach until a QB change is made. That said, if Levis struggles you guys will be on here complaining how we run the ball too much. The better the QB, the less we'll rely on the run.
BudsOilers
I'm shocked that die hard ABTers want to start Levis day 1 regardless of whether they like Levis or not or want to tank..... The Titans will play the best QB, which is Tannehill by a long shot right now. It will take a Tannehill injury or the team out of contention mid/late year for Levis to play. The best analogy I can think of is 2011 when Hasselbeck was starting and Locker was a rookie and Tannehill is worlds better than Hasselbeck was at this age. Don't try to create a narrative that doesn't exist because you've looked like an idiot throughout this draft process. Not everyone is asking to start Levis day 1. In fact I see the majority want at least a competition. I'd rather Tannehill start in 2023. So if you want to point out the individual posters, do it. But don't try to paint a new broad picture so you don't continue to look like an idiot.

Which is a benefit of starting him. We are not going to compete with this offense. Tannehill will not be a Titan in 24. It is literally a pointless and wasted year to go with Tannehill. Stan
Caleb Williams is by far the best prospect out of any of this years draft class of QBs. Mahomes in the making I wouldn’t mind tanking for him

I don't see that happening. He's a goner. That's a logical fallacy. We would save 18 million qnd could pick up a vet.

One of the main issues with Levis in 2022 over 2021 is that he got some bad habits due to being on a shit team. It might be better to take time and reset his skills

Jaguars have the division but because of Colts and Texans being poor teams, the Titans will try most of the season. The Titans will be around 7-6 to 6-7 record when they realize they have no shot at play-offs and then decide to play Levis. The Titans then lose 4 games to end 6-11 to 7-10. They are drafting in top 10. Then not seeing enough from Levis in only four games, the Titans draft a QB. This is another reason to start Levis. One of many. There is not a single good reason to start Tannehill.

You play the best players. Period. Doing anything less is an awful message to the young players or veterans on the roster aside from Tannehill. You also want to see growth from the OL and the young receivers. Something bad QB play derails. The team absolutely can win 10 or 11 games if healthy in this division. If the goal was to tank, they would have cut/moved the veteran players still left early in the new league year, not moved up for Levis, and would be rolling with Willis.
