The chart is interesting, however, I'd like to see this replace the % throws at/past the sticks with PFF pass pro grades on 3rd down.

Without going into too much digging I will just grab Stafford and Tannehill for a side by side.

 

Tannehill 3rd down attempts by distance:

If Tannehill played on par with Stafford last year, I would expect his % of throwing short of the sticks to be considerably higher just by situation of down and distance alone.  

This is even more useless because you don't show how far it is to the sticks.

Baldwin posted this a week or so ago.  Note TEN 2020 and TEN 2021 ranked to the far right......

 

Even funnier is looking at 2017/2018 being in the far left.....with a lower EPA.....
