twitch28
Patriots point differential 2007 season: 315 points (19.69 points per game) Colts point differential 2004 season: 171 points (10.69 points per game) This just shows me how much the patsies ran up the score that season. Peyton had to throw TD's to win.

NashvilleNinja
Montana > Brady. I just wonder what kind of stats Joe would put up in today's NFL.
tinman
I would like to see Dan Marino playing the last few years.. I swear he would throw for 6000 yrds...
StephenIsLegend
Brady should definitely be in the discussion as GOAT if he wins the SB this year. Dude is insane when he is in beast mode.
kyle021
Brady for president, Manning for VP, Brees for speaker of the house, and Rodgers as minority leader
Obsidian
Montana > Brady. I just wonder what kind of stats Joe would put up in today's NFL. Yup In 1989 Montana threw for 3500yds, 70% completion, 26 tds 8 ints, 112 qb rating and 9.1 yds per attempt in only 13 games. I'd put Steve Youngs 1994 season up there as well. Both of which were back when they actually played defense in the NFL. Guys putting up monster numbers in todays NFL which has essentially turned into the arena league doesn't mean as much to me. When rookies are throwing for 400 yds you know theres a problem.
ctm
Montana > Brady. I just wonder what kind of stats Joe would put up in today's NFL. No one really cares about passing yds. and the regular season. Montana's greatest accomplishment was his performances in the Super Bowl: 4-0, 3 MVPs, 11 TDs & 0 Ints., overall passer rating of 127. He was money when it counted.
OILERMAN
Hard to argue against Montana with those numbers in SBs
tinman
3500 yards in 1989 would be like 5000 in 2011... IMO Montana is a contender in this.. he belongs, no way you can dismiss him..
code
For my money it's Manning, Marino, Brady, and Montana in that order. Manning has probably had better weapons then Brady, but Brady has played in the better system with better coaching staff. I simply think manning is the smartest football mind in the game and he clearly owes much of that to Archie.

You can't go wrong with any of those, but I would say Montana, Marino, Brady and Manning... I think Brees and Rodgers are a great QBs too and likely in a few more years can be added to the above without doubt..
