reo
https://politicalwire.com/2017/12/05/mueller-subpoenaed-deutsche-bank-trump-finances/ Quote Special counsel Robert Mueller has asked Deutsche Bank to share data on accounts held by President Trump and his family, Reutersreports. “Germany’s largest bank received a subpoena from Mueller several weeks ago to provide information on certain money and credit transactions… Deutsche Bank, which has loaned the Trump organization millions of dollars for real estate ventures, said it would not comment on any of its clients.”

Titans_Win_Again
The Whitehouse is still denying this but multiple news outlets are confirming it. Everyone who's been paying attention and objectively looking at the facts saw this coming. I should go dig up the threads from 6 months ago predicting the Russia investigation would eventually lead to Deutsche Bank. It's obvious from publicly available information that Trump has likely been helping to launder Russian money for decades.
Titans_Win_Again
These threads are from May and July Come on Trumpers, you gotta admit, this is one hell of a conspiracy the Democrats have been orchestrating. lmao
Justafan
Did they plant the money in the bank using a russian routing number too? Damn, these boys are good! If only we had someone that competent to run the government!

ctm
Deutsche Bank has already paid a 425M fine for facilitating money laundering out of Russia, so we know that the bank is corrupt. https://www.cnbc.com/2017/01/30/deutsche-bank-to-pay-425-million-fine-over-russian-money-laundering.html I wouldn't be surprise if what Mueller is investigating is whether Deutsche bank sold some of Trump's notes on his loans back to a Russian bank and they hold his paper. Nothing illegal about that but it would give the Russians leverage.
Justafan
Trump publicly encouraged Russia to hack and release Hillary Clinton Emails. Trump referenced WikiLeaks dumps 145 times during the closing days of the campaign. Trump Jr., Kushner, and Manifort all met with the Russians in June of 2016 with the promise of getting "dirt" on Hillary Clinton. We know they wanted the sanctions lifted in return. We also know that they lied multiple times about the nature of that meeting and possibly even drafted a fake explanation of the meeting in order to hinder the Special Prosecutor. Another example of obstruction. At the same time that Wikileaks was releasing emails of the DNC candidate, they also happened to be in constant communication with Kushner via email. Further we know that Trump tweeted links that Wikileaks sent to Kushner in his email so there was obvious collusion going on between Trump and WikiLeaks and it's very likely that Russia used Wikileaks as a vehicle to dump their hacked emails....... Papadopolous plead guilty to charges that laid out a plan to initiate a trade of information with Moscow and assistance in the campaign in exchange for favors. We know Flynn went to the Russian government, likely at the behest of the campaign, to make overtures to the Russian government and to undermine the recent sanctions put in place by the Obama administration to punish Russia for meddling in the election. We know he later lied about that to the FBI because he at least believed that what he was doing was criminal. We know that Trump leaned on the FBI director to shut down the investigation when it started to head in a direction he didn't like. We know that Trump fired the same FBI director when he refused to do so. We know that there is some funny money and money laundering going on. We don't know if Trump is directly involved in that stuff.... yet. We know that we were lied to by officials in the Trump campaign/ administration again and again and again. Of course, Russian (I mean Republican) tribalists are yelling, where's the evidence? What crime? BUT..... anyone who looks at what is going on here and says Donald Trump has fulfilled his oath of office and has not assisted Russia in meddling with our political process is simply not being objective and is being willfully negligent with the facts. To everyone with a brain, I ask, what more evidence do you need?

It's also very possible they'll see money transactions that correspond to that timeline of events, possibly a clearing or lightening of Trump Russian debt after specific pro Russian moves like changing the GOP stance on Ukraine at the RNC. I'm no legal expert but when the President brags about firing the FBI director because of the Russian investigation that sounds a lot like obstruction to me. Harvey_Specter
Fake news. No financial documents that Trump didn't personally turn over or authorize were obtained. Yet another fake news story, did Brian Ross write this story too? Lol at you idiots that don't understand obstruction, or what the presidents executive powers are. 1. Trump could have fired James Comey on day one. The president has full authority to fire and nominate whoever he wants for federal agencies. 2. It has already been proven that the FBI was not investigating Trump, they were investigating some of his subordinates. When he fired Comey, he was not under any investigation. Thus there is no "obstruction". 3. After he fired Comey, it caused certain things that had been plotted to trigger. It has again been proven that Comey planned for his buddy Mueller to be named to be the special prosecutor and to look into Trumps Russia connections after Comey was fired and he leaked all sorts of stuff fueling the Russia Collusion narrative the following weeks after his termination, causing the current investigation to go into action. 4. Since everyone in this thread seems to have the legal understanding of a jock strap, i'll help you guys out. When i see mention of the Logan act and obstruction and collusion i have to chuckle. These are not crimes that anyone gets in trouble for, and they are extremely difficult to prove. President Elect Trump and Flynn have full power and authority to contact and negotiate with foreign countries. Flynn is in trouble for lying to the FBI and for not disclosing information about his foreign payments with Turkey and Russia as a foreign agent. Flynn has already proved himself to be an unreliable witness. A witness such as Flynn who has admitted he lied - whether or not to cover up a crime - is a tainted witness who is unlikely to be believed by jurors who know he's made a deal to protect himself and his son. They will suspect that he is not only "singing for his supper" but that he may be "composing" as well - that is, telling the prosecutor what he wants to hear, even if it is exaggerated or flat-out false. A "bought" witness knows that the "better" his testimony, the sweeter the deal he will get. That's why prosecutors postpone the sentencing until after the witness has testified, because experience has taught them that you can't "buy" a witness; you can only "rent” them for as long as you have the sword of Damocles hanging over them. So far Mueller has had to charge potential witnesses with crimes that bear little or no relationship to any possible crimes committed by current White House incumbents. Mueller would have much preferred to indict Flynn for "CONSPIRACY" or some other crime directly involving other people, but he apparently lacks the evidence to do so. Lol at idiots citing the Logan act and obstruction of justice. Anyone that actually believes that these types of charges are worthy of prosecution clearly has the legal knowledge and understanding of a rock. If Trump were in fact actually in trouble, or worried, he would have just pardoned Flynn already. It would have caused a media storm, but again it is in his powers, and i doubt the mainstream medias accusations and outrage would be any different than it currently is. Nice try simpletons. Trump could have also fired AG Sessions or assistant AG Rosenstein and used the DOJ to run interference or just all together kill Mueller's special prosecution investigation. Considering how corrupt and biased Muellers team is (full of conflicts of interest and Clinton cronies), it is an easy argument to make to the public, and it is certainly under his executive privilege to have done this at any point in this nothingburger investigation.
