Did you guys know that @TitanDuckFan didn’t vote for Trump but does not criticize anything he does?  TDF thinks Trump and all his actions are good for the United States.

A helluva lot of them are good for the United States.

But that's not the issue.

Who has time to criticize Trump when one is busy criticizing you idiots?

Jeez Louise, I know you guys make it easy, but there's just so damned much of it!

LOL

As with many conservatives today, his political stance is based mostly on a hatred for liberals. As long as Trump is pissing off half the country TDF will give him a pass no matter how embarrassing or self destructive the conduct becomes.

Not to take this offtopic, but I find it odd how it is easier for people to openly criticize a sports team they follow than it is to do the same for a political party.  It really is the same thing, but I suppose one is about living in a certain region (or some other random choice) while the other is about bigger decisions affecting others.  Being a fan of a shitty team is harmless, I guess; not so with ideologies.  Some people think it is a weakness to admit being wrong.

Hillary has emails, even though we've been assured nothing sensitive was lost and most of the stuff wasn't even considered classified at the time: It's a matter of national security, she needs to go to Jail!

Trump gives incredibly sensitive classified information that was so secret it wasn't even shared with congress or our allies.  Not only that but he gives it to a competitor state who's national security interests in that specific region are in DIRECT conflict with our own:  What's the big deal?  Why are all you liberals freaking out?

The more they speak, the more you can see right through them.

At the end of the day, this is a pretty big deal.  It's very possible that the Isreali's lost a deep cover agent over this and likely the Russians shared their intel with their Iran partners who then of course shared it with Hezbolah and whoever else and now they are working on changing strategies.

I mean, even if this was the mistake of an amateur, it is reckless, and stupid.

Right...so anything to say about the article?

What a horrible, fucking POS Trump is.  Seriously, not only does he piss away an ally and a valuable source of intel in the Isrealis, and as Justafan noted, he indirectly gave the info to one of our enemies in  the Iranians.

I don't want to hear about Hiliary's emails or the Uranium or whatever things Obama has done.  If any of you Trump defenders bring that up, I'll point to this--which is 100X WORSE.

Yeah, it reads like a spy novel.  Like a story from a Clancy wannabe.

Or maybe a whodunnit along the lines of Patterson or Higgins-Clark.

A number of leaps of logic, unverified hyperbole and un-cited sources intended to make for high drama.

Like we need anymore drama piled on top of that already generated.

But in fairness, if there is truth to it, the type of covert spooks he talks about can't be cited.  But then again, spooks of that caliber don't usually talk.  Especially to reporters, unless it's to misdirect.  That's the nature of spooks, and that's why they're spooks.  It's what they do.

It's definitely not a news article,...  But then again it is in Vanity Fair, so one should expect that, I would think.

But, if Trump is guilty, Mueller will find it.  Or at least he should.

But if it were as simple as Mr Blum makes it out to be, I think Mueller would be done by now.

Unless they feel the situation is so serious that they need to speak out.

Nope.  Spooks that talk don't stay spooks.  That's a huge part of what makes them spooks.

Not to mention the fact that far too often, spooks that talk don't stay alive.

Generally I'd agree but if they feel leadership is compromised then leaking to the free press is their only alternative.

Are you discounting what the article said about Trump discussing intelligence with the Russian Ambassadors? If you don’t then don’t you think it would have repercussions with our allies?
