You don't know shit about soccer and of course you'd try to make people believe that was your goal now.

I know way more than you think I know.

In all honesty, how would you know what I know? lol.

Soccer doesn't have the ground game to compete with sports like Hockey and Golf especially in the South and out West.  There is a deeply entrenched youth Hockey and Golf culture in those climates which takes generations to build.

Plus there's the install base -- nearly every elementary school has a rink and a golf course.  This kind of capital investment takes years to build and doesn't spring up over night.

Yep.... MLS is trying to develop that.

Face it -- soccer has an uphill battle for popularity in the US.  Nobody played growing up or with friends.  And let's not even go into the concussion risk which IMHO is dark secret of the sport.

Soccer fields are the easy part and I see soccer played at Elementary schools a lot more than I used to..just as backyard soccer.  The problem is the club system which can require players and their families to pay anywhere between $10k and $15k a year.

I know enough about it to know that it takes an incredible amount of athleticism and it's a boring sport that doesn't have as much strategy as any of the 4 major sports.

I've lived in some very nice counties and have never seen an elementary school with a golf course or an ice rink. Can you give some examples?

How so?

I haven't said a word either way to give you an inkling as to how much I know or don't know about the sport.

I imagine you know as much about Soccer as you do about America.

So you have preconceived notions based on ignorance... yeah.. that's what've said.   Look you can claim all the expertise you want...We all can claim all kinds of expertise and never back it up.  Proof is in the pudding and you know crap is pretty much self evident in your posts. Feel free to try to prove that wrong.
