My thought processes on the QB position go forward (warning: rational))

Oh wow, I got home and was able to read this and try and soak it in

 

Just to be clear, it was a mistake not to extend Locker because supposedly any option next off season is not an upgrade, and the defense should be upgraded so it can "bail Locker out"? And something about him maybe being a back-up because he can't stay healthy?

Sooooo, if I'm reading this correctly, we need to get on our knees and pray the locker from 5 quarters ( wasn't that great 1st quarter of kc) out of 20 (absent 6 quarters due to injury, which is the only consistency in four years) suddenly "has it" and plays like "good jake" 90% of the time instead of 25% of the time to have any hope of winning because there's nobody else available anywhere (our roster, FA, draft) that can play effectively more than 25% of the time? And that's just an analysis from this season. If I'm not mistaken, he's been effective a smaller percentage of time during all four years combined....

Mathematically speaking, it's the NFL, there is bound to be someone who can be effective, maybe not 90% of the time but at least 60-70% of the time on our roster, in the draft, or in FA

 

CTF is an admitted chronic pothead.  Their mind's are mush; that is how they think.

There were also bits about how he doesn't look good against quality teams but he is the Titans real option to contend because he can play mediocrely against bad teams if you splice up a quarter from this game or that game.   Also they were parts about how there is no doubt that Locker is the top FA QB in 2015 even though CTF stated he did not know who the FA QBs for 2015 are.

How could Locker even be considered for a backup role when it is likely he will get injured and not even finish the game?  I guess it would be good comedy to get to see Kendall Wright or someone try to take snaps.

You probably think you are intellectually superior. That is one of the side effects. You think you have a clue but are actually in a fog. What comes forth from your intellect is total non-sense that you and you only perceive to be brilliant. The rest of us see it as the drivel it really is. Lay off the stuff for a week or some and go back and read some of this crap you have written and you will agree with the rest of us. Pure non-sense.
