Guest
It's OK Scotty. This is all going great according to the Fisher Hater's 20 year plan to get the franchise back on track.
Mercalius
I heard a podcast today going over the Vegas prop bets The Titans are the 5th most likely team to have the worst record in the NFL at 10 to 1 Bovada has the over/under for 7.5 wins this season. IowaOiler
6-8 wins. Way to take a solid stance, Einstein. I figure we'll win anywhere from 6-12 games.
OILERMAN
http://www.grantland.com/story/_/id/9637362/afc-power-poll 27. Tennessee Titans Four weeks: That's the over/under for Ryan Fitzpatrick stealing the starting job from a struggling Jake Locker, playing well for two games, getting Titans fans excited, getting scooped up in your fantasy league, and then falling apart faster than Season 2 of Homeland. (Note: I'm taking the under.) Hold on, we're about to make history …
Oiler FANatic
27. Hold on, we're about to make history … So Jake Locker plays well at Pittsburgh and Houston, then falls apart at home against SD and the Jets, two of the worst teams in the NFL. Wow, that would be historical....

Wow, that would be historical.... I believe it meant Fitz would play well for about two games after taking the job then he would fall apart
ctm
The Titans @ #27 opinion was written by Bill Simmons. Here's his listed bio: Bill Simmons (@BillSimmons) is the editor-in-chief of Grantland and the author of the New York Times no. 1 best-seller The Book of Basketball. Here's some of his other recent publications: http://www.grantland.com/contributor/_/name/bill-simmons The guy writes about all kinds of sports and pop culture. He recently had columns about the Eagles (band) and Miley Cyrus. Why should I respect this guy's opinion about the Titans? There are some posters on this board that are much more informed about the team than this guy.

Here's his listed bio: Why should I respect this guy's opinion about the Titans? There are some posters on this board that are much more informed about the team than this guy. He is a serious sports bettor and does know his stuff concerning the NFL but he could be overly harsh on the Titans, I think the Titans should be better than some are predicting But it does make you pause that Vegas and all the people that cover the NFL think so lowly of the Titans. As fans we're going to be the most positive on the team and ignore the flaws more than outsiders.
ctm
He must be a pretty smart guy then. He also had recent columns about Tracy McGrady and ARod. So he either knows a lot of stuff about a wide range of topics or he writes about what is currently in the news to generate hits for his website (my vote.) I see nothing in his body of work to convince me to respect his opinion about the Titans.
IowaOiler
I listen to Simmons podcast regularly, and he knows less about the Titans than most on here. The reason @OILERMAN wants you to respect his opinion is strictly because it supports his own. When the Titans win a few games and Simmons is praising the front office moves and discussing how smart it was to switch to a play-action offense to control TOP and keep the defense off the field, you won't see the basement dweller citing his opinion anymore. scine09
If Bill Simmons said that then I'm stoked about the season. Bill Simmons knows about as much about football as my grandfather.

Guest
Way to take a solid stance, Einstein. I figure we'll win anywhere from 6-12 games. Sure Mr. Sagan...because a 2 game variance of wins is such a massive delta and wholly consistent with the 6 game variance you used to back up your point retard. How about I go with 7 then? Feel better now Cork?
