  1. And when playoffs happen that catches up. Look at Lamar.
  2. Its possible we won't improve, but the OL took a hit when McCoy went down. Center is the most important OL position as it has the biggest success rate for a QB. Brees played without a good center in 2014 and we saw how disastrous that was. That's why the Graham trade happened. Unger was a need. When McCoy got back, they didn't have any of the other weapons. Giants do not have a bad defense so they locked down MVS, who basically determined our production since he started. Then Carr goes down. The OL still had holes that was masked by Hill, Shaheed, Kamara, and Olave drawing coverage. It's easy to box Kamara and take out a boom or bust receiver like MVS. The Saints, should they stay put, should be able to get a decent weapon like Loveland or add offensive line depth.
  3. 2027 is said to be when there will be a lot of cap room.
  4. Well McCarthy declined because he knew he wasn't going to likely get the job.
  5. Yeah he was a difference maker, but he plays in a competitive division and it looks like the Giants are going to make it even more competitive again. They have QB stability and high draft pick. They usually always give the Commanders problems when they're decent.
  6. I think with Carr I think Saints could win 10-11 games. Those first two weeks showed that and the week 10 game when Carr, McCoy, and Taysom were healthy. McCoy got hurt again in that game and the Saints held off the Falcons. Carr is more seasoned and is certainly capable of beating the likes of the Pats, Jets, 49ers, Cardinals, Titans, and Giants. They could possibly beat Miami, Chicago, or Seattle. That's 6-7 games there before the division. If they go for Cam, he's not going to win the extra one or two Carr can.
  7. Daniels was 2-4 against teams .500 or better. In season, 3-3 with wins against the Bears and Falcons. The Eagles without Hurts. He didn't play that great against the Bears, Saints, and Cowboys. The Lions went 15-2 because of an insanely easy schedule. Their division games were back loaded. They were ripe to be knocked off. Daniels is going to face a much tougher schedule next year. So let's see how he overcomes that.
  8. Yeah but they also got the first pick. If you trade your pick to the Saints, you will not have a high pick. Saints will probably win 8-10 games with Ward due to their division and lack of tough teams on the schedule. You better hope your Titans are a top five pick again.
  9. I am just saying what is being speculated.
  10. saints fan here. There is some speculation the saints are going to trade up for the first pick and mortgage their future drafts for Ward. If Carr becomes a Titan, I may be a Titan fan because he will certainly take the Titans to the AFC South title.
