Or it signifies franchise is changing is philosophy and build around the QB POSITION. If Levis succeeds with the tools the team provides fine. If not, they still have the offense built to go get "insert QB here" and pursue the goals. Proactive thinking. It's what's for dinner. not arguing just pointing out a different view
