Ran just said on the radio when they drafted Jaylin Harrell he and Callahan were watching his tape DURING the 7th round and were confused why he wasn’t drafted lol Like it was their first time seeing him. And this isn’t just a bagging on Ran thing to be clear. There’s a lot of GMs that operate this way. I’ll just never understand it. I bet Mike Borgonzi has watched every single guy that could reasonably be drafted.

I think you’re thinking about it a lot deeper than the BR staff going back and forth throwing darts. It’s not just Brandon’s

I find it hard to see a scenario outside of injury where Reese doesn’t get a second contract with whoever drafts him. Even if he fails as an edge (I don’t think he will), he’s arguably just as good of an off ball linebacker as Styles. He’s not like some of the other tweeners who were projections at multiple spots. You could argue he might not end up being the best pick when we look back but I don’t consider that a bust. And the ceiling is unreal.
