Denali
Two games in a row he got off to a terrible start. Yes, he bounced back in both games, but he needs to work on starting better. Hopefully this will come with experience.

Number9
He sucks at teams play. That 107 yard Kickoff return for a TD was squarely on Mett.
scine09
Not today. He put the ball on target at the beginning and his receivers weren't making plays. And there was the one DPI that wasn't called.
prine06
Yah the WRs and refs screwed him all game long.. oh and Levitre
cenj
Yea, the OP makes absolutely no sense to me. Mett started off strong and did well, despite some incompetent receiving, blocking, and running. He had a lull in the middle of the game.

Mett started off strong and did well, despite some incompetent receiving, blocking, and running. He had a lull in the middle of the game. Here's a guess. Those same people that routinely tell us that Mett's big time passing stats mean absolutely nothing, looked at his 1st quarter starts (2/8 if I remember correctly) and decided "wow he really had a hard time getting started". The hypocrisy never ends. None of Mett's good stats matter but his negative stats are always "telling". We saw this coming.

Denali
I think Mett is doing great. I am pointing out that last week he started off with that pick 6 and this week he started off 1 for 7. Perhaps as all of you are saying, the problem is more with the receivers than with Mett. Which is to then say that the Titans offense is getting off to slow starts.
Guest
Maybe the other team can just start in prevent and pretend they have a massive lead right from the beginning? These pesky D Coordinators and not playing a 3 deep no blitzing scheme right off the bat is seriously hurting his numbers.
amyinsparta
What is the shame is that he can't improve like he needs to because of the play around him. sad
