No rookie is coming in and being the best at that position.  Our corner's are not THAT bad.  Will he project to be the best by the end of the year- yes. But not day one.  The only positions that may be different for are pure athletic positions such as DE/DT

 

In the top ten, yes. If we draft Milliner he will be the best corner on our team day 1 because he can actually cover someone in man.
