When do the practice reports begin?

Not just look at his college days. He was 50/50. Plus he's reckless when he runs. He'll be injuried most of his career. Plus I don't trust Chris Palmer as a OC, the guy is a failure where ever he's been the most success he's had was as a receivers coach for the Oilers. That doesn't say much.

Do us all a favor and please just stop typing. Think before you type and at least form a valid opinion/statement.

This whole bullshit about Palmer always being a failure needs to stop NOW. Most success he ever had was as WR coach of the Oilers? Bullshit. I'd say being the WR coach for the Patriots when they went to the Superbowl was more success than the Oilers, but that is still absolutely wrong.

People need to understand little word called CONTEXT.

Palmer as a head coach? Not so great. But what do you expect seeing that he was the HC of the expansion Browns and was fired after 2 seasons going 5-27. As if the Browns had any talent.

Palmer as an OC? Jags in 97. 26.4 ppg (3rd in NFL). Jags in 98. 24.5 ppg (8th in NFL)

His stint as an OC with the Texans? They were an expansion team that had David Carr as their QB and no offensive line. I guess it was Palmer's fault huh? They did improve each year. From 32 in 02 (first year of existence) to 28 in 03 and 21 in 04.

This

Yea he failed in CLE and HOU, but he was pretty much doomed to fail in those scenarios.

I'm not sure even BB would have had great success in the same situations.

I think sometimes we blame the coaches too much if they don't succeed.

Lack of personnel and a poorly run organization are also contributing factors

Anytime Palmer's been in a good situation, he's succeeded.

I think he has a chance to succeed here.

I really think Bud is letting MR and MM run the show.

And Palmer has toys on O to be successful...CJ, Britt, Cook, DW, Roos, Stewart, promising young QB, and two HOF OL

Locker definitely a hit or miss guy. He's made some really nice throws, but he's been way off on others #Titans

Probably closer to the truth here, and that should be expected. The thing for Locker, is that he's endeared himself to the media and the Nashville fanbase more than VY did coming out, so that will give him a longer leash in their eyes.

Belichick did fail in Cleveland. He made the playoffs once but had something like a 35-50 record there if I'm remembering right

Sometimes you need to fail in order to succeed.

Yep, I'm agreeing with you. You mentioned even Bill would fail, and he did in a similar scenario. When the team moved, he basically resigned because he knew he probably wasn't getting rehired (if I'm remembering right again)
