heyitsmeallen
So im super excited because last year when the Hurricane flooded my house it took my Grill with it. A few months ago someone gave me a Car-broil commercial series Grill with 5 burners and an additional burner on the side.. it also has a griddle you can attach to it for grilling on a flat top. Well i just ordered the parts to repair this grill i was given and for a meager 100 bucks i have a $600 grill! Plus its just in time for some delicious football season ribs/burgers/everythingelseyoucangrill. who else loves grilling?!?

If you are seriously into it, you might want to consider buying 1or 2 of Bobby Flay's cook books. They have some good technique tips and recipes. Mercalius
Green eggs are the ceramic green grills that sorta act like a kiln - takes a bit longer to heat up but once it's ready, it stays super hot and cooks very consistently

Mercalius
For those with eggs, one of the only downsides they have (besides the smaller grilling surface) is that they take longer to heat up. A neat trick for heating them up faster is after you get it lit, leave the air vent fully open on the bottom and take a leaf-blower on a low setting and keep it aimed at the vent for a couple of minutes. Speeds it up the heating process by five + minutes.
