Titans Coaching Staff Search

I could see a couple things happening - firstly Anderson probably needs to go, but it's not totally outside the realm of possibility he steadily improves as a coordinator given his total lack of experience.

Holz could either be fired and replaced with Press Taylor, or they bring in Press Taylor as PGC and retain Holz to keep being the go-between/peacekeeper for Big Callahan and Little Callahan.

I do have a strong feeling that Press Taylor could be targeted to join this coaching staff either way assuming Cally is retained.

Cally has talked about his connection with Press Taylor, and they're going to try to salvage Calvin Ridley.

I think Ran and Callahan should be given 2025. Will AAS make a panic move?

I don't think so - I think Bill Callahan's presence looms large.

Callahan has made a few bad decisions for certain (also a lot of good ones), but overall this team's glaring issues are not because of Brian Callahan.

Moving on from a head coach in a single year is either a truly bad sign or a truly good sign of a truly bad hire which is, in turn, indicative of an inept organization that will probably stay that way.

If they end the year 1-16 or 2-15, I think there would be a chance everyone is cleared out and they start fresh behind Brinker most likely.

It's possible, but I don't think they'll end up making this move because they can have Brinker either way, and with Brian Callahan comes Bill Callahan and Dennard Wilson.

Which of course, maybe Brinker would retain Callahan too.

What they really need is a QB though that everyone is on board with.

I agree. Callahan isn’t the issue, the crippling QB play has been. Bills are an excellent team, the earlier season losses are likely W’s with Rudolph

True but if you find the right one, no one will remember. Houston went 1-and-Done two years in a row with David Culley in 2021 and Lovie Smith in 2022. No one cares about that now because they got the HC and QB figured out.

I think from a strategic decision making standpoint, the Carthon/Brinker/Callahan regime has made a lot more good personnel/coaching decisions than bad ones.

And I think Bill Callahan needs another offseason to fix the right side of the OL. And we very badly need another edge.
