I'm not sure what you can take from it (as I said in the first post to begin with) but this is a look at some of the data and I thought it was interesting. I don't even particularly care for the source but, unlike many here, that isn't a barrier for me. There's not going to be a statistical look at the Titans 2021 offense that isn't somewhat painful, especially compared to last year. If you want to ignore that, I suggest not clicking on threads that indicate in the title that the 2021 offense will be discussed. But if you don't mind dealing with reality and seeing some breakouts and seeing if there's something to take away, even if it's not the most impressive, here are some stats F Words pod put together. People trying to gatekeep whether other fans are blindly happy enough to belong ... it's weird. Any statistical look without any kind of context when it comes to 2021 vs 2020 or 2019 is pretty meaningless. The level of injuries on offense this year compared to the last 2 years is massive. In addition, the defense being good also impacted play calling in some games as did playing with big leads in a couple of others. It's also very clear than the guy who put this together over there is a Arthur Smith stan and dislikes Downing based on his comments to some questions in that thread. Interesting. I know some Broadway guys were shitting on people questioning the OC. Didn't bother keeping track of which ones they were. Mythos27 Posted January 12, 2022 Report Share Posted January 12, 2022 I was a big Smith fan and am pretty agnostic on Downing. He's done fine IMO. I agree that the loss of players makes a 1:1 comparison between the two teams impossible but these numbers most definitely match the eye test.
