In a contracting salary cap environment that David Bakhtiari contract extension is certainly eye opening, while Lewan isn't quite at the same level as Bakhtiari the final 3 years of Lewan's deal look pretty good at $13.7 million for 2021, $15 million for 2022 and $14.85 million for 2023.

I thought the cap was going to go down.  Wow.

It is expected to.  The reason that they are roster bonuses is because the team can convert them into signing bonuses and prorate them.  They will have flexibility to rework things if they need to.

Unless you factor the 4 game PED suspension last year and the ACL this year meaning you can double his salary for the games played the last couple of years.  Can't be a sign of things to come with him or the Titans are severely overpaying for the LT position.
