I'm all about discussion, but not when it's conjecture proposed as fact you said "Because he is an NFL assistant coach. Their goal is to become a head coach." - which you can't possibly know for certain. unless you asked every single assistant if their goal was to be a Head Coach, the statement is a fallacy. There is a difference between "Wants to be a Head Coach" and "might want to be a Head Coach".
