You don't know what the words "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" means.    It is idiotic if you say you do.   The Supreme Court can rule on the meaning of those words, and side with Trump.   Has nothing to do with overturning the text.

 

But please enlighten us on the job of the Supreme Court.   You know the one that made up bullshit law out of thin air to legalize abortion.

If you don’t know what the word “jurisdiction” means you should have just grabbed a dictionary instead of coming off as a moron...
