Plenty of young players come ready to contribute nowadays, many out of the blue. Young players all over the league drafted all over the board. The 90's are gone, the days of learning slowly are over. Real contribution is expected in the first contract. It's time for them nut up or shut up. Smith has the skillset - it's time to contribute. Same goes for the WRs and Mariota too.
