Thats my point. They hired a woman to fill an almost useless role in order to get press. As for the rest, some of you backward thinking neanderthals make me sick. If a 240 pound women can pass the physical certs to pull me out of a building then fine. Get your heads out of your asses gentleman. well therein lies the problem... she can't. none have. not the mens tests at least. but yeah, if they could pass it.. of course. that said, i think this is a great thing and i'm sure she'll do a fine job. a ST quality control coach needs pretty much zero respect from men to do their job. they just have to be organized with great attention to detail and understand the game enough to get a little creative. once the pay gets big enough, no team will risk putting a woman in a position of actual power on an NFL coaching staff unless they prove themselves, just like anyone else. they may have a hard time getting that shot but if one does and is successful then plenty more will come. but yeah, I dont see a lot of poor kids who suddenly got a lot of money treating this lady with the same level of respect any other guy would get. not for a couple more decades at least.
