I think that is one reason why all the "boring" talk just falls on deaf ears.  Football's 10 minutes of action vs the constant back and forth of a soccer match is no contest. Anyone saying otherwise is just full of their own bias and aren't worth the discussion.

Every year I get hyped up about the Titans season but it takes me several games to adjust from the pace and movement of soccer to all the commercials and stops in football.    Both sports have value and can be fun just as both can be boring.   Trying to slant one as more boring as the other... it's like saying green is red to me. Its so false its hard to get interested for a discussion on the topic.

Both can be boring. Glad you mentioned that obvious fact. At least you aren't so pretentious as to say one sport is obviously better than the other, and that those who believe the American sport is more entertaining are conditioned to believe such. Such a joke anyone would ever write something along those lines.

Whoosh

Your dumbassery was well noted. Your statements that the average fan would have to be conditioned by culture and media to find football more entertaining than soccer because of the nature of both games is stupid and pretentious. It doesn't take fantasy football, like it did for some, or an intimate knowledge of the sport, to find entertainment in the game, or to find it more entertaining than soccer.
