I think he'll do good to get to 10K. It's hard to see him getting much past that. Some team is going to have to feed him a ton of carries and I don't see that happening.

He's literally falling back in that picture to avoid the defender running at him 3 feet away with a full head of steam and gets hit a fraction of a second after it's released. Of course the throw was made under pressure. But really...I'm not sure what the point of the argument is.

He literally threw it off his back foot as he was falling back to avoid the pressure. The fact that he had the arm strength to throw it that far without stepping into the throw is exactly what everyone was clamoring about.

@OILERMAN already brought up the screen pass where Spears juked two defenders and yes...made chicken salad out of chicken shit...followed on the very next play with Henry getting upended by a leg tackle for a 2 yard loss. Nobody is making the case the the OLine isn't the main issue with the offense. I'd agree that arguing Henry vs. Spears is a moot point just like arguing Tannehill vs. Levis is. So he's not been able to get to the second level as often, and when he does he's not breaking off the long runs like he used to. Henry has never been a back that can juke guys and create something from nothing. Spears can, which is why he has a better chance to make chicken salad out of the chicken shit that is the OLine. If the Titans had a dominant run blocking OLine the calculation might be different, but as I said him losing a half step has affected those runs too.

All of those things were true then and they're still true today. When you're 6' 3" and 250lbs physics dictates that you have a higher center of gravity and slower acceleration than shorter, lighter backs. So yes...he was slower to the hole...and yes, he has more difficulty retaining his balance during leg tackles. It's also why he's struggled with pass protection. The difference is in his prime he had insane speed that allowed him to score from anywhere on the field once he got past the LOS. That's what made him special. Now the combination of losing half a step and playing behind an OLine that can't get him to the second level as often has greatly reduced his effectiveness. He hasn't fallen off the cliff like EG, but he's definitely sliding down the slope.

Yep. The mainstream media outlets are no less susceptible to biased reporting and inaccuracies. Even without intent to publish misinformation the desire to get information out in real time inherently leads to that.

Those conscripts are primarily from the non-ethnic Russian territories. Putin has been careful to avoid sending a lot of folks from the Moscow and St. Petersburg areas into the meat grinder.

I mean...obviously it would be awesome to get the hostages released. But what happens after that? If the price of getting the hostages released is leaving Hamas in a position to conduct continued terror attacks then all you're doing is exchanging these hostages for the ones that will be taken next.

First of all...I don't think Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, etc. schools are teaching their kids that they need to kill Muslims. But regardless, governments of Middle Eastern countries are way more influenced by radical religious leaders than countries in any other region. In the case of Iran the religious leaders ARE the government. So yeah, it's actually pretty easy to radicalize the population when radical governments completely control the flow of information their people are allowed to consume.

Iran and their proxies have no interest in a two state solution. Most other Muslim countries in the Middle East have evolved enough to realize it's in their best interest to get along with Israel. Iran is the problem.

Bingo. This is not about the Palestinians fighting for their land. I mean...the terrorists committing the violence think it is (although their motivation is equally, if not more driven by their extreme religious beliefs that Jews are akin to animals and Israel has no right to exist.) So whatever side you're on in the Israel/Palestinian conflict, this war isn't really about that. It's about Russia and Iran using Palestinians as sacrificial pawns to accomplish their own political goals...which have nothing to do with Palestinian freedom. Russia desperately needs a distraction to try to weaken Western resolve for Ukrainian support. And Iran desperately wants to stop the progress of normalized relations between Saudi Arabia and Israel. And just like Putin is perfectly happy to send Russian citizens to be slaughtered for his own personal goals, Khamenei is perfectly happy to sacrifice Palestinians for his.

Yeah, I don't get it. There's no way Prigozhin couldn't have known he was a dead man walking as soon as he called off the coup. Maybe he thought he was smart enough to survive it, but it's just hard to imagine that he thought everything was cool with Putin.
