I disagree. Ramsey isn't the major player the show makes him out to be. In the books he primarily exists for Theon's redemption arc whereas in the show it stopped being about Theon a long time ago.

I don't think Jon is likely to become Lord Stark but it's more likely then Sansa IMO. GRMM has specifically kept Rickon out of the frey for a reason. He makes the most sense.

You know Jon is half Stark right? a Royal decree could legitimize him, it's been done before. I know you like to think you are thinking outside the box but this is highly unlikely. I have always suspected Sansa marries Robyn and manipulates him or even ends up with Littlefinger.

Not a chance. There are too many male Stark's running around. Sansa is more than likely going to marry into the Vale or maybe whats left of the Baratheons, She will be used to unite the North with one of the major Southron houses.

I think Rickon is the eventual lord of Winterfell and rules the North. Bran is on a different path and Jon is a Targ like you said.

They consistently miss the point on key scenes from the books with the cersei/Jaime sept sex scene being the worst to date. I'm sure more is coming.

I want to believe D&D are building up to the Great Northern Conspiracy but I don't see it. It doesn't make any sense for the Umbers to give Rickon to Ramsey has part of the charade. It's too risky. Did anyone watch the outside the episode crap? D&D are awfully proud of themselves and think the scene at the Tower of Joy shows Ned Stark isn't as honorable as people think. Why because Reed stabs Dayne in the back? Stupid.

Are there any houses in the North still loyal to the Starks? If the Umber plot isn't a subterfuge and I doubt it is, who still supports them? The North isn't the South in Westeros. I'm really starting to dislike the show.

Probably. I'm trying to recall whether they showed Jon warg into ghost when the Watch was north of the wall back in season 1 or 2. They also cut out the wolf dreams of arya so who knows.

I'm wondering if it will come to light that Jon warged into his wolf and just doesn't remember it. As for Ramsey I'm so sick of the way the show portrays him.

It was always obvious. Snow had to die in order for his vows to the watch to be released.

Since the notion of Tyrion being a targaryen has been me optioned I'll just come out and say it. I believe Tyrion, Danny, and Jon are all targaryen and represen the three heads of the drafon. @CreepingDeath there is an insane amount of foreshadowing on R+L=J in the books. It's almost considered a given. @Jonboy Piece of shit editor.
