Tannehill is gone and the offense has exactly the same problems.

Let me ask folks a question. If you have a leak, what needs to be fixed first? The leak or the ruined carpet? It is entirely possible that Levis has 100% of the upside, but due to the OL he doesn’t make it past his rookie contract due to injury. I’m cheering for the guy, but I’m worried about the exact same thing I was worried about while supporting Tannehill - that the biggest problem with the team is an inability to protect the QB in known passing situations.

The very possible tragedy this season would be Levis getting a high ankle sprain.

Getting lucky doesn’t make a bad bet into a good one. Titans look like they got lucky with Levis but I really hope he makes it through the year with success.

This is old news. Once Levis performed against Atlanta everyone was on board.

I loved this game with Levis, thought he did a good but not great job, want him to start the rest of the season. But. Again. This is the kind of game that if Tannehill had made exactly the same plays, posters would be screaming for his head. Levis is a good QB, but this team still has flaws. OL can't protect, defense can't force turnovers.

I think Levis looks like a plus starter at QB like Tannehill. You start Levis because he’s the future, not because he’s “an elite QB” at this point.

Even if pool boy throws 3 interceptions in the Wildcard game I still want him to start in 2024. Levis made a lot of small good plays, a fair number of big great plays, and also some bad plays. Take note that the one 3rd and long he was nowhere close to converting it.

You also have to consider that before this game, we knew what Willis was and didn’t know why Levi’s was the 3rd string. Now we know - Meathead, that’s why.
