	I thought you left?
-
I like the "throw more on conflicted downs" and "prioritize line play over backup skill position" arguments better. Spears vs Henry either way it's still the wrong call.
-
The "give the backup RB more carries" argument is common if one is being honest.
-
	> Still looks better than with Tannehill though! some people just want to watch the world burn

I’m done shitting on all of the offensive skill players. Nobody deserves it, not until this line gets it together. Henry? Spears? Tannehill? Levis? They are all fucked because meathead watched treated the OL as practice dummies for the DL rather than fixing the problem. Remember all the praise for Arden Keys dominating in preseason? Too bad he doesn’t get to play the Titans every game. This shit was obvious preseason, and it didn’t get corrected.
-
It is strange how other teams seem to be able to manage pressure from the Titans so easily, while Tennessee can't get anything going.
-
A rookie Levis pulling a repeat would certainly be good to great, it'd be awesome. What was driving me up all the wall was all the shit talking based on presumed 2024 results. Forget the fantasy, there's a game later today.

This video was set to the wrong music. Something like this would be better:
-
Sure, but his inaccuracy has already concussed his #2 receiver. It ain't a blank check.
-
Levis has traits that Tannehill lacked. We’ve already seen his release is faster, and that he makes micro adjustments in the pocket. He also has flaws. His throws are less accurate, and often prefers the explosive read over moving the chains. Though this year Tannehill also regressed on both measures. Levis is a smart dude. His decision making should get better. The accuracy will be harder to improve. He definitely should be starting. But whether he survives is a different story.
-
My 7-10 prediction is not about Levis -- I think he'll look great, and hopefully he won't get hurt. Rather the 7-10 prediction is about how the LT position has been neglected since Lewan got busted for PEDs, and thus I have little faith that something will magically get done in the few weeks that didn't get done over the last few years.

From "What's refreshing is everyone YOU INCLUDED, can finally see what playmaking talent at the QB position looks like in a Titans uniform." to "We'll go 3-14" in the same thread? Yep, that right there, that's the point -- that for all that chest beating about how Titans finally got a "franchise QB", deep down every poster knows that Titans aren't going anywhere unless the pass blocking gets fixed. I'm glad we're on the same page, and I'm looking forward to praying that the team figures out how to protect the QB on Sunday.
-
We can agree to disagree here. I don't think either QB was productive in both games, but also both QBs dealt with a lot of pressure.
-
If the team is improved, then I think going on a run is certainly possible given the schedule. I don't think it's over at the midpoint, but unless they make a meaningful change it will be over. The meaningful change will be maximizing the efficiency on first and second down, and then on third down give Levis time to throw even in known passing situations. The I told you so's will come out the woodwork but I guarantee, if the Titans go on a run, LT is gonna have something to do with it.
-
Wtf are you optimistic about, if the team has exactly the same problems it did on game 1?
-
More shrinkage! See, for all this brow beating about how right you were about Levis, you know the team isn’t really better for starting him. Otherwise you would simply make an optimistic prediction. All my point here is that y’all crowing about Levis know this team still sucks, and you can take a chill pill with the trash talk.
-
Speaking of big boy pants, your bravado experienced quite a bit of “shrinkage” when challenged to make a prediction. Are you gonna be honest about what you actually think the state of the team is? Or are you gonna kee beating around the bush looking for clout? What’s your W/L prediction now that the QB position has been fixed?
-
The threads all started with how this was just like when Tannehill took over from Mariota… so yeah, I’m asking people to man up and say if that’s what they actually think is happening here.
-
I want you to grow a pair and make a prediction.
-
I’ve seen teams wander around like losers in the bottom of their division for years in the NFL. So nope, while the Chicago Bears are technically an NFL team, I have no interest watching the Titans adopt their disposable QB strategy.
-
It’s not possible to go 50-5 0 with 9 games to go. It’s either 5-4 or 4-5. I would see 5-4 as an improvement, but I didn’t see it happening. 6-3 to end up 9-8 as @tgo optimistically predicted would be incredible.
-
9-8 would be fantastic, I appreciate the optimism!
-
OK you know the drill. @tgo what’s your prediction for the 2023 W/L now that the “QB … on the top half of the list” has been addressed?
-
With this pass blocking every QB is going to decline and/or flame out. Titans are wasting years not addressing the LT position. Say Levis crashes and burns this year. What’s your plan? Get another QB? Or fix the problem?
-
If Ryan had declined, got replaced, and Levis is in the exact same spot, then what is next? How is a promising rookie going to develop if he’s already on the injury report after starting 2 weeks?
