As far as what I'm wanting I prefer Fleaflicker in general, personally. I think it has everything you're wanting I'd just recommend setting up an account and then setting up a league just to test and play around with the settings and see how you like it. Looking at yahoo, it does not look like I could set Manuel draft order the way I would like. Hard to tell though because it will not letme create a league right now. Abenjami and old school do y'all have a recommendation outside of CBS I don't. I am in two long standing money leagues. Both have used CBS for the past 10+ years. Up until this year, I was playing in some free leagues on Yahoo, ESPN and NFL.com. Earlier this year, I looked into finding a new site to see if I could find anything better and cheaper than CBS and I couldn't find one.
