Well he would be an absolute idiot if he doesn't do everything possible to help out a young QB being inserted into an offense that scored 17.5pts in 2022 and 18.5pts so far in 2023.

Idiot aka meathead

At north of $20 million teams aren't going to be rushing to tag some of those EDGE guys.

Don't think Josh Allen will get the tag or an extension in Jacksonville with how much Walker has underwhelmed?

And Panthers seem all in on retaining Burns.

I think they should definitely target another speed WR in FA at least, but I wouldn't rank WR among the most pressing needs of the team (of which there are many).

Biggest overall needs seem to be OT, DL, CB, S, OLB, and maybe even TE.

WR is on the list, but not at the top imo unless they release Hopkins.

Major disagree. The MIA/PHI method of having 2 really good WRs is a cheat code for young QBs.

Some would argue that Hopkins and Burks are good receivers, along with Phillips in the slot.

Burns is absolutely getting tagged and Allen may potentially as well but there are so many options on the DL/EDGE market this offseason that could help this team that are going to be available.

Here is just a few that would really help this defense I think Vrabel would really love Epenesa and the Bills salary cap is a complete mess right now.

DJ Reader

Jonathan Greenard

Leonard Williams

Christians Wilkins

Justin Madubuike

AJ Epenesa

I definitely think Vrabel's number 1 FA target will be DJ Reader if he's still here. Could see Greenard being a target as well, but he's kind of mid.

Building around a young QB and drastically improving scoring is the #1 priority this offseason.

Wouldn't say strong FA WR class as there is no way Higgins hits FA at worst the Bengals tag and trade him, the draft is absolutely loaded at WR though.

Maybe strong was a poor choice. Theirs no true #1's, but a lot of solid #2's and #3's that are improvements over what we have IF they hit the market.

Mike Evans

Michael Pittman

Rashid Shaheed

Gabriel Davis

K.J. Osborn

Etc. etc.

And that starts with the offensive tackles and cascades from there, in my opinion.

Absolutely it does but don't forget where Carthon came from and how they built around a young QB with a heap of offensive weapons.

The LT came first though!

I think our WR room lacks speed, but is otherwise a pretty good overall room. They are open quite a bit it seems.

I didn't realize that Epenesa is finally having a breakout stretch. Really thought Vrabel would want him coming out of college.

Mike Evans will likely be a Jet next season.

I think you are really underrating the amount of talent that is going to be up for grabs at EDGE/DL/S/ILB this offseason in FA compared to what is going to be available offensively.
