He consistantly throws teammates under the bus as well. no he hasn't. you are making shit up too... he constantly throws teammates under the bus... lol. show me more than one quote last season that is out of context and the ambiguous one this season. he enjoys the spotlight and likes to market himself - which is kinda funny considering his tourettes, gold teeeth, mumbling, lack of eye contact, and crazy ass dressing style... but that's it. he said on his run to 2000 that stats didn't matter, only wins... said the same thing again in 2010... he didn't care about what yards he got as long as they were winning. hell, the kid even quit celebrating for a few games until we were back in the playoff hunt. he bought his linemen rolexes when he couldn't afford cars... he's played sick and injured... he's carried players off the field... you are just making shit up. i understand you making shit up to lessen the pain of a bad season... it's a coping mechanism. but it's just not true. His falling down before contact/as he anticipates it did not stop after 5 weeks. His inability to make anyone miss in the open field did not stop after five weeks. His running out of bounds when we needed him to stay in did not stop until like week 15 or so. When did his production improve? When he played the worst run defenses in the league. You keep talking about after week 5. Ok. After week five he rushed for 64 yards or less in 8 of 11 games. He had 4 100 yard games all year coming against the 25th, 28th, 30th, and 32nd ranked rushing Defenses. He also had 33 and 54 yards against the 29th ranked run D. He was pathetic all year long not just the first five weeks. Those are the facts. He sucked all year except when he faced the worst run defenses and padded his stats against them to limp to barely 1000 yards. pay attention to the argument man... what the crap does any of that have to do with being selfish/bad teammate or not trying? everyone knows he didn't have a good season. so what? that particular argument (and not the one this thread is about) is where the majority of the blame goes. oline is obviously what the team thinks. the other 5-6 reasons are a distant second. however, i could give two shits what you think about his play this year. what bothers the hell out of me is mindless character defamation. i'll defend the worst player on the team if people start making shit up about them.
