If someone wants to shoot me an offer before the draft that's fine but obviously someone who wants youth would likely wait and see who's on the board at 8, 9 and 12. I'm content staying where I am because I have a board of guys who can contribute now and some who will ride my bench who wouldn't drop to 24 otherwise.
