LaFleur called a great game and Willis did play better in the first half than in any time with the Titans.  To pretend this is some redemptive victory lap when he completely sucked when he did play here is hilarious.  Remember if he had shown ANYTHING as a rookie, he would have gotten an opportunity in TEN.

Well that would apply to all of the QB's but it's certainly true the Packers OL is better than the Titans OL at the moment.   In the game, though, we did see a few plays where Willis held on to the ball too long and took negative plays.  What he didn't do is turn the ball over and he did make a handful of really impressive plays.

Willis didn’t turn it over but he is in year three he is experienced but yeah not having two cones at tackle like he did here is why he played well. NPF is an absolute trash can.
 

Team is screwed regardless of QB and today for me showed me that the fans have been too hard on Levis and not hard enough on the OL. NPF got benched, who is RT now? There is no one capable of playing RT. Randunz got worked allllll game too. It is so bad. The OL is just so freaking bad. Texans will get 10-15 sacks vs us this year in total in both games. We are toast. I hope we roll Rudolph out there I am certain he will not do any better than Levis with this OL. It is that bad.

You don’t draft a third rd project QB, and expect them to “show something” as a rookie in training camp.  I thought you were smarter than this

He literally played so bad they signed a guy off another team's PS to play and then drafted Levis to replace him as the QBOTF....You also seem to ignore that he was equally awful when he played last season. 

 

To me, what LaFluer did was like what Heimerdinger did with VY making him look functional.

Teams do not draft QB's on day 1 or 2 to be multi-year projects....Come on.

It is because of the OL mostly IMO, as well.

Willis was a project QB, that was his scouting report from the get go
