Any Predictions?

I'm going with Scorpio being $449.99 and Nintendo will emphasize Mario and not much more. Hopefully I'm wrong about Nintendo but the past few years they seem to have committed to just selling the shit outta one of their big IPs.

I didn't even see this thread. I posted some gameplay videos in the Switch thread.

I was hoping for an Elder Scrolls 6 announcement from Bethesda. The games they announced looked great but they're not really my style.

I'm guessing Skyrim Switch will get a release date on Tuesday.

Not looking like mods are going to be included with the Switch version; not like it was to be expected anyway though.

The game that I'm most looking forward to that's been announced so far is Assassin's Creed Origins. The setting is great and the bow and arrow play looked good.

Also I believe Reggie from Nintendo said their event is 25 minutes long and will be focusing mostly on Mario Odyssey.

I'm hoping for some surprises, but it's looking like the Switch is going to be left in the cold like the Wii U when it comes to AAA 3rd party support despite its initial sales success.

I love the series but this just seems to me like just another game that continues the series. Bow and Arrow looked good but I doubt it will be comparable and amazing as a game like Tomb Raider and will likely just feel cheap to me.

Nothing really so far has truly grabbed me but the games I knew about like Sea of Thieves (should be fun), Crackdown 3 (didn't show much but coming sooner than expected, my guess late Feb 2018), Forza 7 on Win 10, Ill wait and see if I stick with Anthem or Destiny but based on the track-record I will go with Destiny.

Isn't Destiny releasing this year and Anthem Fall 2018?

As far as Assassin's Creed, the only one I've ever truly enjoyed enough to actually finish was Black Flag. I loved the Pirate theme.

Looking forward to Ubisoft and Sony's conferences later today.

Hopefully we'll get some Switch announcements from Ubisoft outside of Just Dance. Curious of the Mario x Rabbids will be announced by them or Nintendo.

I could be wrong but aren't they the same style of game? Even coming out a year a part I can't say I would be interested in grinding both games.

The biggest mistake I made with Destiny was getting it day 1 and getting burnt out before all the fixes and DLC. If Destiny has great DLC by Anthems release I don't know how committed I would be to start a brand new grind.

I think they are, but Anthem looks more interesting to me. I've never played Destiny though, so my opinion on the matter shouldn't weigh much. I've never been much into that grinding style of gameplay where coop is almost required to enjoy the game.

I tried to get into Borderlands 2 on the PS4 a few months back and it was fun for the 1st bit, but once I began running into huge hordes of enemies with bosses that were hard as hell to kill, it became less fun. I don't enjoy many multiplayer games (looking forward to Splatoon 2 though!!) and I'm not good enough to solo most coop games alone. So I avoid those sorts of games.

I guess that's why Origins is the most intriguing game announced for me so far.

Put that shit on easy mode and beat it.  Borderlands 2 has a great plot.

Give me that Days Gone and Detroit Become Human!

Sony has a hell of a conference!

I wasn't a fan.  Pretty disappointed actually.  Too much VR stuff and not enough new games that weren't already leaked.

I thought Sony's was awful, none of those games they showed us besides Spiderman convinced me I should get a PS4.

If they gave us any info on Last of Us 2 I would reconsider.

Mario Rabbids impressed the hell outta me, I thought it was going to be a galaxy type game but am def going to be getting it.
