Dak (IMO) doesn't have it. Denver made them look silly. Evans is a #1 target on pass heavy team. I also have Odell, who is a question mark for injury virtually all season. I need steady Evans. If DH comes full throttle the next game or 2, Murray will be put on 3rd down or split duty. DH will still get his. Zeke is not mentally there, and he might get physically suspended. Even if Henry is ready to take over Mularkey has been pretty up front about Murray's workload. At this point it certainly doesn't appear he will miss time this season due to suspension. The court denied the league's request for a stay. At this point, it's up to Zeke and the Cowboys. They can drag this out and he won't miss a game this year. The only risk is the Cowboys falling out of contention and then deciding to withdraw their lawsuit and have him serve it later this season.
