Kuharsky's latest column discusses that Webster is in a place where he can not protect Munchak without risking his own career in the process.

I did not care for a couple of guys on a potential head coaching list, but I did like seeing Jim Mora and Jay Gruden on that list.

Mora's average. Probably an upgrade to Munch but not much of one.

I'd like to see an offensive minded coach get the job. Someone that understands QBs must be effective in the pocket above all else.
