KogaShuko
20 seems like a reasonable starting point for the Titans this year. Plenty of room to move up, while still lots of room to fall down the rankings. Considering we're an unproven team on both offense and defense I think this is a fair spot. OILERMAN
Falcons are too high and the Chargers are way too low
CMJ
20 ain't bad, but I find it insulting that SEA and STL are ranked higher than us. We have a better overall team.
fuckthisshit
So all 14 teams that won at least 9 games last season are the best 14 teams this season? Way to go out on a limb ESPN, it usually doesn't work out that way.
Dmeade-
I don't think the rams or the Seahawks are better than us.
Guest
you could argue the Rams are better on paper but the Seahawks? I don't get it.
CMJ
SEA is probably being given props for the playoff win over NO, although the QB who lead them to it, is gone. Then again, they are only ranked one ahead (19) of our 20.
titansfan
Falcons are too high and the Chargers are way too low You are just extremely high on the Chargers. IIRC, you think they will win the SB..
CMJ
Chargers are ranked 10th. Top Ten isn't too shabby. No way they are Top 5.
titansfan
I don't think the rams or the Seahawks are better than us. Rams are better on paper. People just still see them with a negative viewpoint. But look at their team. They have talent.
titansfan
Chargers are ranked 9th. Top Ten isn't too shabby. No way they are Top 5. Hell, they didn't even make the playoffs last year, I don't see why they would be in top 5...

CMJ
Rams are better on paper. How? oldschool posted the same thing. Our defensive talent is better overall and they have absolutely no WRs. MSW, just added. We are better at WR, TE, DB, S and arguably OL. SJ and CJ might* be a wash. Does Bradford make the difference?
titansfan
I still don't see how they are even better on paper Bradford will be a great QB, thats something we don't have right now. Their offense looks quite good with Josh McDaniels leading the way. Defensively they are very solid with a great defensive line (don't forget they drafted Robert Quinn to put on the other side of Chris Long and by all accounts he's looking like a beast in camp). Also, they signed Quinten Mikell, who in my opinion is better than the safety they lost to the Redskins, OJ Atogwe.. They will be good. They are my picks to win the NFC West.
