Pace, in hind sight being a HOF guy has NOTHING to do with Tunsil who might not be any better if as good as Jumbo Elliot. In fact there is nothing that tells me Tunsil is in that Pace, Ogden, Walter Jones class. Ogden was 6'9, 350 pounds. Walter Jones was 6'5 325. Pace was 6'7 325 pounds. These were monster size guys for when they played that could move like a dancing bears. Tunsil is a nice looking prospect but looks way more like D'Brickashaw Ferguson who was the #4 pick in 2006. We probably can't go wrong with the pick but is that the best use of our resources since I really am not sure Tunsil is that huge of an upgrade to Lewan. Maybe Mularkey knows something we don't. Just plan on getting a guy like D'Brickashaw than a guy like Pace. I get your point. I get that you have an opinion about Tunsil's ceiling. I get your opinion about Lewan. That was not my point. My point was if you got a chance to take the best player in the draft, don't get cute. Don't make it rocket surgery. Just take the player. After so many strike outs by the previous regime, I am fine with hitting some singles and doubles.

I don't think anyone is. I think folks are just saying IF he is the clear BPA, then picking him is justified.
