He's a HUGE fan of Lewis BBQ in Charleston, talked about maybe ordering some for the trip. Anyone have experience with this place, especially when it comes to out-of-state delivery? In my experience incredible gains have been made in this sphere, so I'm not put off just 'cuz it's vac packed and whatnot. Or does anyone have recommendations for good 'cue in DC?
