Titans high on Jack Doyle

Doyle is overrated on this board.  As is Preston.  It's very likely that neither player makes the final 53 though I think Doyle has a much better chance than Preston. If Doyle plays well tonight, his chances go up.  If he plays poorly, they won't hesitate to cut him if he's on the bubble and they don't think he offers them as much as another player.  

 

I'm not saying that there is no value there for the Steelers because there is with all their injuries but if they pick him up they pick him up.  He's the fourth string at best right now.  He's not going to go over there and blow up their offense and he's not going to offer some crazy intel that gives the Steelers the inside edge.  

 

These guys are back of the roster bubble guys and even though I agree that we have a more talented roster than in years past, none of these guys are going to go be probowlers for another team with the possible exception or mariani or possibly reynaud.  

 

Oh and if you have to keep one... if he's healthy it's Mariani by a mile.
