He's an excellent DC, and it will keep him distracted from putting his fingers in the offense. Make the defense a unit and lead the team. That's it. Don't override or get involved with the OC, especially as it comes to being conservative. If he does that, which by the "offensive CEO" language shows that's at least the plan, then I think he's a great hire.
