Albert Breer has a few nuggets here about the HC search and some of the analytical studies the team is already undertaking about varying success rates of second time HC and coordinators with more than

It is becoming really annoying how some people are using bad result as an excuse to paint the last HC hiring process as a sham. Facts are Callahan was an in demand candidate during that hiring cycle e

He knows the modern game but he's never coached anywhere at any level before.

I was going to say what’s up with all this talk about guys like Olsen & Orlovsky being HC candidates this cycle? It’s ridiculous. This isn’t baseball or basketball where these types get hired. There’s way more that goes into coaching football.

Mike McCarthy just seems to make the most sense. Expereinced.. so no more evaluating or dealing with coaches learning.  Offensive minded so Ward has consistency.. OC's change, head coaches generally don't.   Long history of working and getting the most of QBs.

I haven't seen anyone to get excited about.. beside an older retred is Titans MO now, right?

Guys have turned down interviewing with the titans before. Could Shula be one of those guys? Probably the hottest candidate this year.

It really is unfortunate there’s no inspiring offensive guys this year. Maybe Kubiak will be like Ben Johnson and way more of a leader than people initially thought, but it’s looking pretty dire right now on that front.
