Expereinced.. so no more evaluating or dealing with coaches learning. Offensive minded so Ward has consistency.. OC's change, head coaches generally don't. Long history of working and getting the most of QBs. I haven't seen anyone to get excited about.. beside an older retred is Titans MO now, right? Probably the hottest candidate this year. It really is unfortunate there’s no inspiring offensive guys this year. Maybe Kubiak will be like Ben Johnson and way more of a leader than people initially thought, but it’s looking pretty dire right now on that front.
