Granted both teams lost a lot of talent to the NFL, but isn't that what recruitment is for? Jeremiah Smith has multiple drops and has only 3 receptions for 27 yards. Just Sayin not looking like a great replacement for Will Howard either. It's just the first half of the first game though. Could just be each team feeling each other out. They're also both highly ranked teams so could just be a Goliath meets Goliath kind of thing. Idk... this is the first time in a few years of trying to pay attention to college ball so it's highly likely idk wtf I'm talking about. Maybe we are just beginning to see why he couldn't beat out Ewers. It will never happen because he's considered the golden child but I would absolutely love to see an expert review the A-22 from today because from what I could see on the TV broadcast he was terrible. They keep saying Arch isn't coming out until 2027, but if his play doesn't improve drastically the rest of the season he may want to wait until 2028. Oregon lost just as many starters and looked like a well oiled machine today steamrolling a weak team like they should have. Dante Moore looked 100x better than Manning. This season is gonna be fun!
