I didn't like the back end of this description of him.

"Dylan Sampson ran like a shark smelling blood in the water when Tennessee’s offense got into the red zone. His production suggests he should be much higher on the list, but as with all Volunteers offensive players, we must add “plays in Josh Heupel’s system” as context. Sampson, like Tennessee’s offense in general, benefits from the space created by the Volunteers’ wide-open attack. He’s a talented runner who naturally absorbs contact as it approaches, making him tough to bring down because he creates glancing blows. Sampson’s also an impatient runner who will only have to deal with more trash at the next level. His feet outpace his decision-making, and he often bowls into the back of offensive linemen instead of sliding into the crease off their left or right side."

Analysts point that out but then show how  he has very good balance and very good vision to take advantage of that space.  His comparison is Brian Westbrook.

Even so, I think I'd prefer Jordan James or Jaydon Blue with one of the later picks. Idk if Blue ever did this for Texas but in addition to depth maybe he would be a good kick/punt returner?

I think Sampson would be one of those running backs that does not seem to be that involved but all of a sudden you notice he has 120 combined yards and 2 TDs in a game.
