Starkiller
https://newrepublic.com/post/203747/donald-trump-threatens-renovation-reflecting-pool It seems that bulldozing the White House wasn’t enough for Donald Trump. The builder in chief declared his intention Wednesday to “fix” the 100-year-old Reflecting Pool on the National Mall in Washington. Fix what, exactly? Your guess is as good as ours. “Study it hard because you won’t be seeing this Biden filth and incompetence much longer!” Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social. This is just the latest ridiculous renovation project that has pulled Trump attention away from, well, actually governing. Trump is reportedly battling with his handpicked architect, who has warned that the new $300 million ballroom will dwarf the White House. In October, the president had completely razed the White House’s East Wing after promising just months earlier that his ballroom would not touch the existing structure. Trump plowed forward without prerequisite congressional approval, having conveniently begun demolition during the government shutdown. It's a pattern. Then he bombs people supposedly bringing in small shipment of narcotics. It's all so insane. We know one of the pardoned’s mothers went to a million dollar a head donation dinner. Another is the crypto guy who bankrolled the Trumps’ crypto empire. IsntLifeFunny
Anyone who still supports this piece of shit...I swear. Pardons a guy convicted of grand conspiracy to ship millions of tons of drugs while using precision guided missiles on people suspected of small time drug smuggling. IsntLifeFunny
Reading into this more, if Hegseth's orders are documented he legit may face murder charges over this. That isn't hyperbolic. If after the missile strike he saw survivors and said "kill them all" that is murder. He needs to be prosecuted. Oh wait, nevermind he'll be pardoned on the way out. Who am I kidding lol. It would be up to the ICC and cooperation by Democrats to allow extradition. Who am I kidding lol. What if he’s pardoned by Trump, but a subsequent administration rounds him up and puts him on a flight to Venezuela anyway? We can’t prosecute him, but that doesn’t keep them from doing it… IsntLifeFunny

IsntLifeFunny
NYT: The married couples filed into a federal building in San Diego last week for green card interviews that they believed would secure their future together in the United States. Half of each pair was American. Stephen Paul came with his British wife and their 4-month-old baby. Audrey Hestmark arrived with her German husband, days before their first wedding anniversary. Jason Cordero accompanied his Mexican wife. It was supposed to be a celebratory milestone, the final step in the process to obtain U.S. permanent residency. Instead, as each interview with an immigration officer wrapped up, federal agents swooped in, handcuffed the foreign spouse and took him or her away. “I had to take our baby from my crying wife’s arms,” Mr. Paul, 33, said, recalling the moment that agents said they were arresting his wife, Katie. Ms. Paul was sent to an immigration detention center with hundreds of other people swept up in the Trump administration’s crackdown. Her husband had to take a leave from his job at the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department to care for their child and try to secure her release. I'd love to hear someone explain to me how this isn't abominable behavior. Jamalisms

nine
Trump's "criminal element worst of the worst " now includes those who are going through the proper channels and procedures to apply for legal residency. Remember when Trump promised to target and deport legal green card holders and hardworking everyday people who were already in the system, doing things the right way, and well on their way to legal residency? Yeah, neither do I. MadMax
