He didn't let him in. He just left the door unlocked, open, and handicapped the Border patrol agents from doing their jobs. Oh and his admin made an illegal app for undocumented immigrants to come illegally to flood cities in swing states.  

 

But don't say "allowed." Allowed implies the dems have had authority over this and that they should take responsibility.  Dems and responsibility are about as compatable as Cortland Finnegan and Andre Johnson

In my opinion, people who want to come to this country need to go to a port of entry. Anyone crossing anywhere else is immediately sent back. Immediately. 

 

For those coming to the port of entry, if they do not have the proper paperwork or can prove their asylum claim right there, do not let them in. Send them back that minute.

 

For those already here that have been adjudicated to be sent home and have not left, they need to be removed immediately.  For those that never showed up at their hearing, find them and send them back immediately.  For criminal illegals, out immediately. 

 

Then hire 50,000 more case workers that can determine if the remainder in the queue even have the proper paperwork. If not, send them home immediately.

I'm actually pretty pleasantly surprised that Trump knows the intricacies of our problems here.  (He must have momentarily recovered from his dementia...)  It's definitely a regional problem but Trump knows what's up.  Forest management is horrible here and there's absolutely no reason to send ALL of the water into the ocean to protect a tiny species of fish. They can send a fraction of the water to keep the ecosystem in tact but if the people need the water, they should be able to use the majority of it instead of wasting it all to go back into the ocean.

Nice attempt at trying to make Trump look like a tyrant.  But he's actually talking about hypothetically using leverage to work out a deal with Newsom to make the lives of Californians better.  Usually it's the governor who fights to make the lives of his constituents better.
