 So assuming,  Charles @2.3M, Folk @3.75M and NWI @1.5M, that's 7.55 from the 46.75 (OTC) or 39.2M net.  Spotrac had them with slighly more space to start with.  This will be close.....pending the unofficial board spreadsheet from @tgo

Edit:  NWI has a cap hit of 1.3M so add about 200k to the estimate.

Don't you also need to drop off the lowest paid guys cap hit after the top 51?  So like NWI has a cap hit of 1.3, but some scrub at the end of the roster has a cap hit of 700k, so NWI really only reduces available cap by 600k?
