japan
Knew that the Browns wouldn’t stand in the way of a son hiring his father. Would be bad optics. IsntLifeFunny

He isn’t some idiot getting the job due to family connections. Actually it is but in the opposite, the Titans are getting him, which many teams would want, because of family connections. bondra316v2
Fuck yes. I believe this makes the Titans the official offseason champs. Huge upgrade and you could see it coming from the day Coach Callahan was hired. titanruss

You could even consider Odunze/Brian Thomas and then Paul. Nabers is one of my favorites though, I just don’t think he will be there. Popular Post OILERMAN
If the Titans can pair Callahan Sr with a new elite LT prospect at 7 the potential turnaround would be massive. tgo, Omar, Pragidealist, and 10 others 11
Jamalisms
1 hour ago, BudsOilers said: The potential issue is if Callahan treats his father different than others on the staff. Nothing to do with whether he's qualified or not. I've worked in a company where there were family rules and rules for everyone else. Not healthy. And it's not easy to avoid even if you try to. There's a reason even long term, trusted judges don't try cases where they have ties (in theory). There's just so many informed that can impact things. But it'll come down to how they manage it and they could certainly do a good job at it. BudsOilers
OILERMAN
Nepotism is a part of NFL life, it's accepted And Callahan Sr is beyond reproach. Did it cause trouble that he was paid way more than almost all the Browns ass. coaches? No IsntLifeFunny, tgo, Justafan, and 1 other
