This is pretty comprehensive. Ran and Vrabel had one responsibility after Robinson was canned. Fix a bad OL. They dicked around and wound up with an almost impossible result - a way worse OL than last

And hiring a totally under qualified coach to be in charge of the unit that needed the most help is also a huge indictment of the issues he has caused.

You guys are nuts.  It doesn't matter what was spent on Levis.  If they think one of those two qb's  have franchise qb ability (or better than Levis) then they have to take him.  The Levis pick is just a sunk cost at that point.

Neither of the top two guys will be there when the Titans pick most likely and neither will Marvin Harrison Jr.

It’ll end up coming down to taking whoever is still on the board between Alt and Fashanu.

They thought Levis had franchise QB ability...that's why they traded up to draft him...and tried to trade up to draft in in the first round. None of the top QB prospects are can't miss. They're not cutting bait after half a season in this dysfunctional offense.

If they end up with a top 2 pick there's a better chance they trade it for extra picks than there is they take a QB.

You may be right, but that decision didn't work out well for us last time, and the Bears are struggling despite making the same decision last year.  If you have a top pick, you don't have a top QB...it's really as easy as that.

I don't think we get to that point in the draft with Vrabel fighting for his job, but if we end up top 2 I can't see us not take one unless we start losing games like 31-34.

You'd hope they take the QB but I don't think it's unheard of for a GM to roll with their currently unproven guy even faced with a choice of a better QB prospect. It would also be a looooot easier if one of the LTs grades as an elite 12 year starter type.

If Levis isn't the guy, I'd love to know the logic in why he'd be great trade bait?  In this scenario, the pre draft concerns would have been validated, which is why he slid into round 2 to begin with.

Because showing well in poor circumstances doesn't mean he's the type of QB vrabel wants... and extenuating circumstances can get you higher picks to get the player vrabel wants.

They won't know if they have a top QB. They can't know what they have with the dumpster fire that is the Titans offense. If anything he's probably shown more than they expected...even with the struggles. Fields was way more of a known quantity before last year's draft than Levis will be before the next one.

There's no guarantee any of this year's prospects will turn out better than Levis. There's no Peyton Manning or Joe Burrow in this draft.  They'll look like idiots if they draft a QB. I think the only way the Titans could draft a QB is if both Vrabel and Carthon are gone, and Carthon's not getting fired.

You are crazy. If they get a top 2 pick they will absolutely entertain a QB unless Levis shows way more the next 7 games.

I was talking shit but the mainstay of what I was saying when we won Atlanta was that we won't be in the top 2 and Levis gets next year because of it. Argue about that being my point or whatever, but I fully agree that if we lose out and are top 2 then we would be crazy not to seriously consider Maye or Williams (hopefully Maye).

As they should. I have bad vibes about Caleb Williams based on how he’s responded to adversity. But I would absolutely be all aboard the Drake Maye train.

I think I’d rather start Jaden Daniels out of LSU. Arguably the Heisman favorite.

Supposedly Williams is as good a prospect as there’s ever been.
