We incorrectly thought we had a young franchise QB in waiting being held back by an archaic scheme...We got mad at Mularkey when the reality was that we just weren't good enough to do the things we thought we were capable of. Some of us knew it wasn't Mularkey's fault and that Mariota was the problem. Mularkey does have his faults but he hired a damn good OL coach and understood the importance of OL play. Oh I just see I forgot two gems on my depth chart - Caleb Farley and Hassan Haskins! Do you think they will cut Brunskill? I think they'll keep him. Otherwise you might have to replace 4 of the 5 spots again in one off-season.

I don't necessarily disagree, but that's a pretty large indictment of meathead considering the roster from 2019-2021 made Biscuits offensive talent look like a division 2 school. AussieTitanFan08
Not particularly concerned about how Carthon will be able to retool the defense using FA but offensively it is going to be slim pickings in FA and the heavy lifting will need to be done via the draft. ctm
The fact that 2023 was an all offensive draft, there has been no improvement and need to go offense again is telling. DCTitan, rns90, SuperFreak90, and 1 other

That is what you get when you select 3 non premium positions out of the first 4 picks (OG/RB/TE), would also highlight the QB/OT/WR class in 2024 looks to be much better than it was in 2023.
